Information for Families

Welcome,

We work together to create a dynamic, inclusive, and respectful learning environment that supports and encourages individual achievement and well-being and creates outstanding educational experiences for all our students.

This year’s theme intends to inspire young people across Canada to be proud that they are #PoweredByDyslexia as well as to provide a platform for young voices to be heard. Helping to empower these voices will allow those with dyslexia to learn how to self-advocate for their educational needs.

Dyslexia Awareness Month

Mark it Read is the official Canadian celebration for Dyslexia Awareness Month. October 1st, 2021 marks the start of our 4th annual national awareness-raising campaign. Each year across Canada, monuments and buildings are lit up red, schools and workplaces wear red, and cities and towns sign proclamations to officially declare the month of October as Dyslexia Awareness Month.
