PLEO offers vital, free, and peer-led family support to parents and caregivers of children and youth (up to age 25) facing mental health and/or addiction challenges across Eastern Ontario. Their services include a Parents' Helpline, confidential parent support groups, and one-on-one mobile support, all provided by parents who have navigated similar experiences. PLEO helps families understand diagnoses, access resources, navigate the mental health system, and advocate for their children, reducing feelings of isolation and improving coping skills. 

1Call1Click.ca is a vital service in Eastern Ontario designed to simplify access to mental health, addiction, substance use health, and neurodevelopmental health services for children, youth (from birth to 21 years of age), and their families. 

One Stop Talk is a free, confidential service that connects you with a professional therapist to provide immediate mental health support to children and youth under 18 years of age across Ontario.
